Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was back practicing at full capacity on Thursday and should be good to go versus the Cowboys on Sunday. Lynch has been working to recover from back spasms that have hampered him as far back as last season, but they shouldn't keep him from starting and getting the full workload on Sunday. Lynch missed a game against the Browns last season with back spasms.
Marshawn Lynch Back At Full Practice, Fantasy Value Is Solid
Marshawn Lynch was back at full practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Lynch was able to grind out 85 tough yards against the Cardinals last week despite back spasms putting him on the injury report and he should be able to go fully against the Cowboys. He has been one of the most consistent running backs in the NFL over the last year and leads the NFL in rushing since his 135-yard game against the Cowboys in week eight of last season.
