Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin has an added hip contusion and will struggle to practice on Wednesday, coach Andy Reid said on Monday. Reid gave the update a day after Sunday's win over the Baltimore Ravens during which Maclin had a 23-yard touchdown catch. Reid also said DeSean Jackson had a hamstring spasm. Jackson finished with seven catches for 114 yards in the win.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin will struggle to practice on Wednesday because of a hip injury, according to his head coach. We break down the fantasy implications.


Fantasy Impact: Maclin continues to have trouble with his hip and that could become a concern for fantasy owners. He had been slowed by a hip pointer heading into Week 2. Fantasy owners will have to monitor the progress of both Maclin and Jackson as the week goes along. If healthy, they are No. 2/3 receivers in most fantasy leagues.
