New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance last Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Nicks caught 10 passes for 199 yards and a touchdown as the Giants rallied for the 41-34 win. Nicks sat out practice on Tuesday to rest his injured foot but should play on Thursday against the Carolina Panthers.
