Carolina Panther wide receiver Steve Smith is listed as probable for Thursday's game with the New York Giants. Coach Ron Rivera said Smith (knee) was on the injury report as more of a formality, as he fully practiced on Wednesday. Smith was limited in practice on Tuesday.
Steve Smith Probable For Panthers; Week 3 Fantasy Value Remains High
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Steve Smith (knee) is expected to play Thursday against the New York Giants. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: No one expected Smith to miss Thursday’s game and this should, obviously, do nothing to deter fantasy owners from putting him in their lineups this week. Smith remains the favorite target of Cam Newton and is coming off a three-catch, 104-yard game last weekend against New Orleans. Smith is a No. 1 fantasy WR this week in all formats.
