Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie (concussion) was listed as a full participant in practice this week, via Jim Irsay. However, this news came out about him last week, when Collie was inactive. This is good news for the wide receiver but it's not a certainty that he will start versus the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3.
Austin Collie Full Participant in Practice This Week, Fantasy Value Still Stuck In Neutral
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Austin Collie was a full participant in practice this week. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Collie has been participating in practice, but he has yet to get the go ahead on game day. The Colts pass-catcher could have some value if and when he does return, given what Donnie Avery has been able to do. Andrew Luck needs some targets outside of Reggie Wayne, and Collie could reap the benefits eventually. His status is to be monitored but it'd be surprising if he suited up this week.
