San Francisco 49ers wide receiver and kick returner Ted Ginn Jr. has returned to practice from an ankle injury today after missing the first two games with an ankle injury. Ginn has been out for several weeks and his status for Sunday's game against the Vikings could still be questionable, so it's too early to assume that he will play much even if he is activated for the game. Running back Brandon Jacobs, who has missed the season so far with a knee injury, was still on the sidelines without pads on.
Ted Ginn Jr Back At Practice, Could Have Special Teams Fantasy Value
Ted Ginn Jr returned to practice on Wednesday, while Brandon Jacobs continues to work without pads. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Frank Gore has been as valuable as usual this season without Jacobs taking away any carries and that should continue against Minnesota. Meanwhile, Michael Crabtree has been a valuable target with 13 catches for 143 yards, with Kendall Hunter and Kyle Williams doing admirable jobs in the return game in the absence of Ginn. The landscape could change a bit when both return, but perhaps not much.
