Arizona Cardinals running back Ryan Williams (knee) was limited in Wednesday practice, but is not expected to miss Sunday's game against the Eagles as the Cards are likely keeping him safe from further injury. Williams missed all of 2011 with injury. He has not been effective through two games, carrying the ball for just 22 yards on 18 carries, plus a crucial fumble Sunday against the Patriots. Todd Heap (knee) was held out of practice.
Ryan Williams Limited In Wednesday Practice, Fantasy Value On Hold
Cards running back Ryan Williams was limited in Wednesday practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Considering the lack of production, the injury history, and the fact that Williams is in a back-by-committee situation with Beanie Wells (21 carries of his own) Williams is not a good play right now. It's possible that 2011 2nd round pick could live up to his promise later in the season but right now he's a deep bench option only. The fumble against New England was already his second of the season.
