Wide receiver Tiquan Underwood was re-signed on Thursday by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Underwood, who played for coach Greg Schiano at Rutgers, had nine catches for 158 yards for Tampa Bay in the preseason before being let go ahead of the regular season. The team released wide receiver Preston Parker to make room for Underwood.

Fantasy Impact: Underwood was likely brought back to play on special teams but does give the Bucs another speedy receiver should he work his way into the rotation. Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams remain the only Tampa Bay wide receivers with any real fantasy value heading into Week 3 against the Dallas Cowboys.
