New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks (foot) and running back Ahmad Bradshaw (neck) are officially inactive tonight, as expected. Also out for tonight's game will be starting left tackle Dave Diehl and number three wide receiver Domenik Hixon. This leaves just four active receivers for the Giants in Thursday's game against the Panthers.

Fantasy Analysis: No surprises among the Giants inactives as most of these were announced yesterday. Victor Cruz could have a lot of targets tonight as the loss of Bradshaw won't leave them relying on their starting back in the absence of their number one wide receiver. This will also uptick the value of rookie Rueben Randle and receiver Ramses Barden, though neither should be getting a fantasy start.
