Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners may have to wait another week for Garcon to return, especially considering his limited participation in practice. If healthy, he would be the clear No. 1 fantasy option among Washington’s wide receivers but there is little value among the receivers that are healthy. Even if Garcon is active on Sunday, his fantasy owners should already have a plan in place that doesn’t involve him.
