St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson will officially be active for today's game against the Bears, according to Stacey Dales. Jackson tested out his injured groin on the field before the game and the decision was made that he'd be able to go in Chicago. He only managed to play part of their week 2 game against the Redskins before getting hurt and Daryl Richardson had 83 yards in relief.
Steven Jackson Will Play Week 3, Fantasy Owners Can Rest
Steven Jackson will be active for the Rams today. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: It would probably be safe to assume that Richardson will still get some carries today as the Rams try to protect their most valuable asset on offense. It's hard to say right now if the Bears have a great run defense, as they've so far only faced the Colts and Packers, but it's likely not elite so there's a good chance that Jackson could get around 75 yards and a touchdown today. I'd say he's a low-end RB2 and a good flex option for week 3.
