Julio Jones Injury: Falcons WR Leaves Game With Hand Injury, Quickly Returns To Action
Jones took a hard hit from Chargers safety Eric Weddle on the first play of the game and left the field with an injury to his right hand. The Falcons have yet to disclose the extent of the injury. Jones’ injury came on his only catch of the day, a 19-yard completion from Matt Ryan.
Jones is expected to have a major fantasy impact today in San Diego, as the second-year receiver from Alabama has accumulated big numbers so far this season. Jones has 10 catches for 122 yards and two touchdowns this year, with most of that coming in a Week 1 matchup against the Chiefs.
