Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten practiced again on Monday, but his status for Wednesday's game with the New York Giants is not expected to be determined until after he undergoes tests on Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reports. Witten is trying work his way back from a lacerated spleen, which happened after he took a hard hit in the team's preseason opener last month.
Fantasy Owners Waiting To Hear On Cowboys TE Jason Witten
Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten practiced Monday but is still a day away from knowing if he will be medically cleared to play in the season-opener. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: It isn’t a surprise that Witten is practicing but fantasy owners clearly shouldn’t make a decision on Witten until test results come back. This injury happened early in the preseason, so those who drafted Witten have had plenty of time to come up with a backup plan in case he can’t play on Wednesday.
