Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew is practicing on Monday, Jeff Darlington of NFL.com reports. Jones-Drew ended his 38-day holdout on Sunday despite not getting a new contract. The Jaguars play the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1.
Fantasy Impact: Getting Jones-Drew back is a good thing for the Jaguars and fantasy owners, even if it's doesn't pay dividends in Week 1. He was the NFL's leading rusher last season but has been trying to renegotiate the final two years of a five-year, $31 million deal. Rashad Jennings is expected to start Week 1 for the Jaguars but it's hard to imagine that that will continue past this weekend.
