Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Kevin Ogletree had a career-high eight catches for 114 yards against the Giants in the season-opener last night, and quarterback Tony Romo told reporters that based on practice this came as no surprise to him: "The reason he got that job is because he was doing that day in and day out, and it showed tonight his commitment that it took."
Kevin Ogletree Draws Praise From Tony Romo With Fantasy Value Rising
Kevin Ogletree broke out for a huge game against the Cowboys and Tony Romo was not surprised. We break down the fantasy implications.

Ogletree finished with more than twice as many catches and twice as many yards as he had in any game of his three year career.
Fantasy Analysis: With Miles Austin and Dez Bryant missing multiple practices with injury, Ogletree had a real opportunity to show what he could do and he clearly impressed Romo, who made him his favorite target last night. It's difficult to say if Ogletree can come close to these numbers again this year, but someone had to fill the void left by Lauren Robinson, who had 858 yards and 11 touchdowns in fourteen games for the Cowboys in 2011. Ogletree has drawn first blood at filling that void and he should be owned in almost any format.
