Eli Manning complete 24 out of 52 passes for 334 yards and two touchdowns on Sunday. Manning also threw three interceptions on the afternoon. Manning leads the league with 12 interceptions in five games. Victor Cruz, Manning's leading receiver, was contained most of the afternoon by the Eagles. Rueben Randle (6/96/2) and Hakeem Nicks (9/142/0) were the beneficiaries of Cruz eating up attention from the secondary.
Eli Manning has solid fantasy outing despite three turnovers
Eli Manning threw for 334 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions against the Eagles on Sunday. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Despite the three turnovers, Manning put up solid fantasy numbers thanks to him relying on his arm throughout most of the game. Running back David Wilson left the game in the first half with a neck injury, leaving a void in an already dysfunctional backfield. As a result, Manning threw the ball a ridiculous 52 times as he attempted to pick apart a porous Eagles secondary. Manning has simply been too inconsistent to consider him a QB1 through five games in 2013. The Giants will face the Bears on a short week leading to Thursday Night Football. The Bears have been mediocre against fantasy quarterbacks, but Manning simply cannot be trusted outside of two-quarterback leagues.
