If there was any silver lining in the Cleveland Browns' loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, it was wide receiver Josh Gordon. Gordon caught 14 of his 17 targets for 237 yards and a touchdown on Sunday. Gordon did damage throughout most of the game, but when quarterback Brandon Weeden filled in for an injured Jason Campbell, Gordon saw several deep balls thrown his way that he managed to catch despite the coverage of Steelers cornerback Ike Taylor.
Josh Gordon explodes for 237 yards and a touchdown
Josh Gordon managed 237 receiving yards and a touchdown in Sunday’s loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday afternoon. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Gordon accounted for 75 percent of Cleveland’s passing yards for the afternoon. Gordon is arguably the team’s biggest offensive threat, but Pittsburgh still couldn’t come close to limiting his production.
Fantasy impact: Gordon has been a bit of a roller-coaster fantasy performer at times, but there's no denying his explosiveness when things are clicking between he and his quarterback. Gordon's Week 12 performance was a career best for the second-year wideout. Even though Weeden struggled in relief of Campbell,, he was quick to take shots downfield as the Browns fell behind, and Gordon was clearly the beneficiary. Regardless of who his quarterback is, Gordon remains in the WR1 discussion against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13.
