Witten finished Week 12 with four catches for 37 yards and two touchdowns in a Dallas Cowboys win over the New York Giants. Witten was the team's second most-targeted player. His seven targets came second to wide receiver Dez Bryant's astounding 16. The Cowboys relied on Bryant for most of the game, particularly when Tony Romo led the Cowboys downfield on a game-winning drive that ended with a Dan Bailey field goal. However, it was Witten that had the team's only two offensive touchdowns.

Fantasy impact: Fantasy owners have been frustrated with the inconsistent involvement of Bryant and Witten in the passing game, and Sunday may have been the start of restoring their confidence with both. While Bryant led the team in targets by a wide margin, Witten was the favored red zone target. Witten and the rest of the Cowboys have one of the more favorable schedules for the rest of the season, and it begins with the Oakland Raiders in Week 13.
