Riley Cooper may be one of the bigger waiver wire grabs in Week 9. Cooper caught five passes for 139 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's win over the Oakland Raiders. He had a career game thanks to a monumental performance by quarterback Nick Foles, who threw for 406 yards and seven touchdowns. The two connected often, displaying strong chemistry that led to career highs across the board.
Riley Cooper has huge fantasy outing with 3 touchdowns
Cooper managed 139 yards and three touchdowns against the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: It's difficult to say how both Foles and Cooper will sustain their chemistry moving forward, but Cooper tied for a team-high six targets and clearly made the most of his opportunities. When Foles led the Eagles to a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 7, Cooper had four receptions for 120 yards and a touchdown. The Eagles face the Green Bay Packers in Week 10 and the Washington Redskins in Week 11. Assuming Foles is still under center, Cooper is an intriguing WR3 moving forward.
