Jeremy Kerley injury update: WR questionable for fantasy owners
The Jets wide receiver is listed as questionable and could miss Week 13. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: If Kerley does suit up on Sunday, his fantasy outlook won’t change dramatically. Kerley has proven to be a reliable target for quarterback Geno Smith. Unfortunately, that hasn’t translated into much fantasy value or consistency. His best game of the season came in Week 7 where he dropped a 8/97/1 line. Every other game has yielded no more than 68 yards receiving and only one other touchdown. He has also missed multiple games due to injury and does not offer fantasy owners with much upside, even when one factors in his punt-returning duties.
With his status still ambiguous, owners should look to avoid starting Kerley if possible. The Dolphins present a more difficult match-up than most would think. It wouldn’t be a shock to see Kerley catch only three passes, which is reasonably close to him season average. Kerley is a WR5 and owners should look elsewhere for production this week.
