Fantasy Impact: Smith will suit up and continue to be quarterback Cam Newton’s top receiving threat. The 34-year-old Smith has had a solid, veteran season thus far. He hasn’t dropped any eye-popping lines thus far, but has been good for at least four receptions in all but one of his games this season. He hasn’t topped 70 yards receiving yet and has three touchdowns on the year, none since Week 8.
Smith's Week 13 fantasy outlook is partly dependent on how much, if any, he will see of corner back Darrelle Revis (groin) who is expected to be a game-time decision. Without Revis in the lineup, Smith will likely have a favorable match-up. In either case, Smith will continue to be a WR3 and fantasy owners should expect moderate, reliable production.
