Fantasy Impact: It was a tough call for the Bears to send fill-in quarterback Josh McCown to the bench as he had been playing quite well. But Cutler is their franchise quarterback and will be under center on Sunday. Cutler was averaging 272 yards passing and two touchdowns in the six games where he wasn't affected by injuries. While he will likely be shaking off some of the rust from his month-long hiatus, there's a wishful but reasonable expectation. Cutler will be returning to one of the best receiver/tight end trios with Brandon Marshall and the emergence of play maker Alshon Jeffery to go along with Martellus Bennett.
Cutler has a solid match up against the Browns, whose pass defense is right in the middle of the pack. While trusting Cutler as a starter in the semifinals may be a bit nerve-wracking, he’ll be a low-end QB1. Owners without another QB1 laying around should start him.
