The Cincinnati Bengals were leaning heavily on the run game for the majority of the first half. Dalton completed just 14 passes the entire game, and Green accounted for five of them. Green's touchdown came in the second half when Dalton threw an effortless 21-yard pass to him in the end zone. Dalton struggled most of the evening, but began clicking with his receivers in the second half. Andrew Hawkins was the team's second best receiver of the evening with just three receptions for 65 yards.
Fantasy impact: Fantasy owners had to be relieved after Green’s dismal performance against the Browns in Week 11. It was a bit concerning to see Dalton struggle moving the ball downfield early in the game, but he began to heat up a bit in the second half. He remains the most targeted receiver on the Bengals roster and is capable of big plays every time he touches the ball. Sunday’s game was just another reminder that Green is a WR1 every week.
