Carolina Panthers running back DeAngelo Williams (quad) is listed as probable and will play in the team's Week 14 game against the New Orleans Saints. Williams practiced through out the week will split carries with Jonathan Stewart and Mike Tolbert.
DeAngelo WIlliams injury update: RB probable, will play for fantasy owners
The Panthers running back is listed as probable and will play in Week 14. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: With Jonathan Stewart healthy, the Panthers have a full-blown three-headed rushing attack. Great for the Panthers, not so much for fantasy owners. The carries for Williams and Stewart have been comparable. However, the situation becomes worse when you factor in Mike Tolbert who is also good for a handful of carries and is the team’s goal line back. Williams wasn’t having the greatest season before Stewart returned. With Stewart and Tolbert in the mix, there simply aren’t enough carries to go around for any of them to be a fantasy asset.
The Saints don't present a particularly imposing run defense. However, nobody should be surprised if the Saints put up big points early as they'll be looking to rebound from last week's embarrassing 34-7 lost to the Seahawks. Tolbert is the only back of the three where owners in touchdown-heavy leagues could justify the start. Owners in all other leagues should look to avoid all three.
