Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy went off against the Detroit Lions, setting a franchise record with 217 rushing yards, two touchdowns and a catch for four yards. McCoy proved the be the only fantasy stud of the match up that wasn't at all affected by the snow. Neither of his impressive touchdown runs were goal line carries. McCoy broke free and burned the defense for touchdown runs of 57 and 40 yards.
LeSean McCoy erupts for monster fantasy production
The Eagles running back couldn’t be stopped on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

McCoy’s elite fantasy season didn’t miss a beat in the poor weather conditions. The former second-round pick has now run for 1,305 yards and seven touchdowns at five yards per carry and has proved to also be a PPR asset with his 40 receptions for 439 yards and another touchdown. He’s also only lost one fumble. What’s not to like here?
Fantasy Impact: McCoy has proven time and time again this season that he is an elite fantasy running back. Detroit actually gave up the third-fewest fantasy points to running backs, but nobody told Shady. Things only get better for him next week when he takes on the Vikings and their second-worst run defense. McCoy remains an RB1 and will be a top-two play.
