Chris Givens primarily served as a deep threat for the Rams during his rookie year in 2012, but St. Louis is now watching him develop into more of an all-around target for Sam Bradford. Givens has been lining up at all three receiver spots during training camp this year, according to Mike Sando of ESPN.com.

The Rams seem to like what they’re seeing out of Chris Givens. We break down the fantasy implications.


Givens caught three passes for 82 yards and a touchdown in the Rams preseason opener. Sando said Jeff Fisher was most impressed with a 20-yard catch he made on a deep out route against the Browns. The team is working to make Givens a threat across the entire field.
Fantasy impact: If you’re looking for a riser in fantasy drafts, you’ll be pressed to find someone climbing faster than Givens. He was a good weapon for Bradford in his first season, but 2013 will should be even more impressive.
The Rams listed Givens as a starter on the training camp depth chart. Keep an eye on him. His current ADP is around No. 130, which makes him a steal at that point in any league.
