Miami will be without new tight end Dustin Keller for the entire 2013 season. He was carted off the field Saturday night after injuring his right knee, and according to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports, concerns of Keller missing the year were confirmed on Sunday morning.
Dustin Keller injury keeps him out of fantasy picture for 2013
Dustin Keller was carted off the field Saturday night, and he has now been ruled out for the year. We break down the fantasy implications.

Texans safety D.J. Swearinger made the hit on Keller, which resulted in his knee bending awkwardly. The scene did not look good. Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald noted the Dolphins are “already calling around” for other tight end options.
Fantasy impact: Hopefully you haven’t drafted your team yet, because if you’re a Keller owner, it’s time to start looking for a new tight end. We still don’t know what Keller’s injury actually is, but his first season with the Dolphins was abrupt.
It’s an unfortunate blow for Miami. Keller made two receptions for 46 yards and a touchdown last week, and it started to look like he and Ryan Tannehill were building a rapport. Charles Clay is next in line on the depth chart, but Michael Egnew and Dion Sims will probably be in the mix of some type of committee at tight end going forward, unless the Dolphins decide to bring in someone new.
