Peyton Manning completed 11-of-16 passes for 163 yards and a touchdown in his second preseason game of 2013. He played 34 snaps against the Seahawks, leading the Broncos down the field for two potential scoring drives. (Ronnie Hillman fumbled at the goal line.)
Peyton Manning looks sharp in Seattle, continues to help fantasy value
After only playing a few snaps in the Broncos first preseason game, Peyton Manning was red hot against the Seahawks. We break down the fantasy implications.

Manning has great weapons surrounding him, especially after Denver added Wes Welker. The only concern right now is health, as Welker suffered a sprained ankle in Seattle, and tight end Joel Dreesen is still recovering from knee surgery.
Fantasy impact: Assuming no more of Manning’s targets exit with injuries, he’ll be tearing apart defenses all year long. After Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers, Manning is considered by most to be the No. 3 quarterback.
He’s currently being drafted around No. 37 overall. Owners can hold out for quarterbacks in later rounds. Matt Ryan is going in Round 5, and Matthew Stafford the round after. Still, taking Manning is a safe pick in the Broncos offense.
