Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker has been activated from the physically unable to perform list, according to Ian Rapoport.
Titans activate Delanie Walker from PUP, improving his fantasy value
Can Jake Locker produced a relevant fantasy football tight end?

Walker, who signed a four-year free agent deal with the Titans back in March, had his knee scoped in July. The tight end’s absence from training camp was beginning to worry the Titans, but his activation from the PUP list is a positive sign.
It’s still unclear whether or not Walker will be ready for the team’s Week 3 preseason game.
Fantasy spin: Walker is a low-end tight end option, even when completely healthy. Jake Locker still hasn't developed into what the Titans hoped he would, which will limit the fantasy relevance of the entire Titans passing offense.
Still, Walker is a talented and versatile tight end that has some upside if Locker starts to improve. He’s worth rostering, but only in deep leagues.
