Julio Jones caught four passes for 81 yards on eight targets against the Titans in the Falcons third preseason game. With Roddy White sitting out with an ankle sprain, Jones stepped up as the go-to option for Matt Ryan throughout the first half.
Julio Jones continues to solidify top fantasy ranking
The Titans didn’t have much success stopping Julio Jones on Saturday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Ryan missed on a few passes where Jones was open, but it was clear the third-year receiver has no problem beating his man in single coverage.
Fantasy impact: Easily a WR1, Jones consistently had several steps on Alterraun Verner. If Jones and Ryan played the whole game, there was easily a touchdown over the top coming at some point.
White’s ankle doesn’t appear to be a serious issue, but if he does miss any regular season time, Jones’s owners will reap the benefits. He’s already one of the top receivers in the game. The only thing holding him back is playing opposite another Pro Bowl receiver.
