Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden was 10-of-13 for 112 yards passing with one touchdown and no interceptions in Clevelands 27-19 preseason win over the Rams on Thursday. Backup Brian Hoyer was 10-of-14 for 100 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions.
Brandon Weeden has excellent 2013 debut in Browns win, still not a great fantasy option
Though Weeden was great against the Rams, so were the other Cleveland QBs. Where should you rank Weeden in the pantheon of quarterbacks this year?

Weeden struggled last season after being the 22nd overall pick in the draft out of Oklahoma State, and the team added Hoyer and veteran Jason Campbell as insurance. Campbell was 6-of-7 passing on Thursday for 37 yards and no interceptions.
Fantasy Take: There is little reason to believe that Weeden will be extraordinarily better in his second season. The Browns did add Norv Turner as head coach, but there aren't any proven receivers. The team is going to hope for continued improvement from receiver Josh Gordon and tight end Jordan Cameron, but as long as he's healthy, Trent Richardson is still the focal point of the offense.
Weeden is a low-end QB2.
