DeMarco Murray didn't cover much ground against the Chiefs in Week 2. His 12 carries only generated 25 yards. He did manage to add 49 receiving yards to the afternoon. He failed to reach the end zone for the second week in a row. The only Cowboys player to find the end zone was wide receiver Dez Bryant.
DeMarco Murray struggles on the ground against the Chiefs
Demarco Murray rushed for only 25 yards on 12 carries against Kansas City on Sunday. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: It was expected to be an uphill battle for Murray. The Chiefs have a tough front seven on defense. Murray's afternoon paid off for owners in PPR leagues. His 49 receiving yards were accomplished with five catches. He now has 13 catches in two games. It's good to know that even the toughest of run defenses make Murray at least a flex start because of his ability to contribute to the passing game. In PPR leagues, he has even more upside. Murray will be a solid start against the St. Louis Rams in Week 3.
