Dez Bryant's afternoon started off strong, as Dallas' leading receiver hauled in a 2-yard touchdown in the first quarter of the game. He ended the afternoon with four catches for 38 yards. As disappointing as St. Louis was on both sides of the ball, they effectively kept Bryant out of the game for most of the afternoon. Dallas responded with 193 total rushing yards.
Dez Bryant has a quiet fantasy outing despite touchdown
Bryant rewarded fantasy owners with a touchdown on Sunday, but only ended with 38 yards. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: As much as the touchdown help Bryant owners in Week 3, the 4/38/1 stat line is a bit disappointing. Bryant is beginning to show early signs of being a bit of a roller coaster of fantasy production, but it's important to remember he's currently dealing with some back issues from an injury he suffered in Week 2. It's also a bit promising that Dallas found an answer for St. Louis trying to take Bryant out of the offense. DeMarco Murray pushed the Rams by rushing for 175 yards and a touchdown. Hopefully Bryant owners will see more action from the wide receiver against the Chargers in Week 4. There's no doubt San Diego will want to avoid another dominant performance from Murray, and simply put, something has to give.
