Daryl Richardson was a non-factor in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys after his injured foot was stepped on during his first snap of the game. Richardson was a questionable start in Week 3 because of his foot injury, but head coach Jeff Fisher opted to start Richardson despite his limitations. As a result, Richardson could see more time off the field depending on the extent of his (re)injury. Running backs Isaiah Pead and Benny Cunningham handled backfield duties in Richardson's absence. Neither running back impressed as the Rams ended up with only 35 rushing yards.
Daryl Richardson leaves Sunday’s game with injury and zero fantasy points
Richardson’s day ended before it began against the Cowboys. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Richardson has been a solid fantasy back primarily because he’s getting the majority of the workload in the backfield. He’s sporting only 3.27 yards per carry, but his receptions have supplemented his fantasy production despite having no touchdowns this season. Richardson’s injury hasn’t exactly opened doors for anyone hoping to scoop up a productive replacement. The Rams all but abandoned the running game with 12 total rushing attempts. Pead and Cunningham did little to set themselves apart from one another. Rookie Zac Stacy could be placed on the active roster should Richardson miss time, adding to an already cluttered backfield void of fantasy value for the time being.
