Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon officially rejoined the team on Monday after serving his four-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
Justin Blackmon suspension over, improving fantasy value
Can Blackmon provide a spark for the Jaguars’ offense?

Blackmon’s suspension came over the summer for an undisclosed violation of the league’s substance abuse policy, but he will be able to practice with the Jaguars this week and is eligible for the active roster for Jacksonville’s Week 5 game in St. Louis.
Fantasy spin: Blackmon performed well in the second half of his rookie season, but it's tough to get too excited about his fantasy prospects with Blaine Gabbert under center for the Jaguars. The Jaguars' quarterback play has limited Cecil Shorts early and will likely do the same to Blackmon.
Blackmon will be the team’s No. 1 option, though, and excels and making plays after the catch. That should be enough to make him relevant for fantasy owners, even if most of his points come in garbage time.
