Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer will start the team's Week 5 game against the Buffalo Bills on Thursday Night Football, according to ESPN.
Brian Hoyer starting for Browns in Week 5, improving fantasy value
The Browns are relevant for fantasy football owners again.

Brandon Weeden has been medically cleared to play, but Hoyer has earned the starting job after leading the Browns to two consecutive wins and throwing five touchdowns in the process. Weeden's time as the Browns' quarterback seems to be coming to an end.
Fantasy spin: Hoyer may not have much fantasy value on his own at this point, but the Browns' new starting quarterback has enough talent to boost the value of the rest of Cleveland's passing game. He's heavily targeted both Jordan Cameron and Josh Gordon, and the results have been lucrative.
It’s not out of the question for the Browns to get enough out of Hoyer to consider him the future at the position. It’s at least worth considering given how he’s played the last two weeks.
