Rice also added eight receptions for 35 yards. Joe Flacco attempted 62 passes, and Rice was his second most targeted player in the game.
Fantasy impact: Trying to play catch-up in the second half, the Ravens ultimately abandoned the run game. Flacco attempting 62 passes is never going to be a recipe for success, especially with the receiving corps he’s currently working with.
If you have Rice in a PPR league, you made out nicely in Week 1. Expect him to continue to see a lot of targets each week, as Flacco has so few options to look for.
