With Breshad Perriman sidelined with a knee injury, the Baltimore Ravens have been searching for a secondary option in the receiving game to complement Steve Smith, although they don't seem averse to force-feeding targets to the 35-year-old wideout.
Fantasy start/sit advice, Week 4: Crockett Gillmore
Have the Ravens and fantasy owners found a worthy successor to Dennis Pitta? We break down the fantasy implications.

Crockett Gillmore is emerging as that threat the offense desperately needs in order to prevent from falling into being a one-dimensional unit. The second-year tight end burst onto the scene with a two-touchdown performance against the Oakland Raiders in Week 2, and rumbled for 40 yards on three catches against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Fantasy impact: In Week 4, the Ravens will need all hands on deck if they want to avoid an 0-4 hole with the Pittsburgh Steelers waiting for them. A way to do that is emphasizing a balanced attack, and getting a player like Gillmore involved ought to alleviate some of the pressure.
The tight end position is a difficult one to project from week to week, so when fantasy owners see encouraging performances like what they’ve seen from Gillmore, he’s absolutely worth an add. Until Perriman gets up to speed with the offense, having Gillmore being a second option in the Ravens offense puts him in the low-end TE1 conversation in leagues of all formats.
