Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams remains in the NFL's concussion protocol, according to WKBW's Joe Buscaglia. The report derives from the words of head coach Rex Ryan, who will likely field an offense that has been completely decimated by the injury bug.
Karlos Williams remains in concussion protocol, fantasy owners continue to wait
Bad news continues to mount for the reeling Bills offense. We break down the fantasy implications.

Tyrod Taylor, Sammy Watkins, LeSean McCoy and Percy Harvin have all been hampered throughout the season, and Williams is no closer to seeing the field than he was in preparation for Week 5's matchup. As a result, Williams is on track to missing his second straight game, and would cede duties to Boobie Dixon and Dan Herron.
Fantasy impact: With a challenging defense in the Cincinnati Bengals lining across from the Bills on Sunday, it's hard for any fantasy owners to justify putting stock in Williams, let alone anyone on the Bills' hobbled offense. With McCoy ailing, Williams remains a warranted stash, but it doesn't appear that his return to the field is imminent.
Herron and Dixon are desperation flex plays in standard formatted leagues, but owners in 14-team leagues could do worse than having either in their lineups since four teams are on bye. Williams owners will have to play the waiting game once again as the week progresses.
