Washington wide receiver DeSean Jackson participated in individual drills on Friday at less than full-speed, according to ESPN's John Keim. Jackson's presence is a surprise to many, even though he practiced on Wednesday and Thursday.
DeSean Jackson limited at Friday’s practice, shaping up to be a game-time call for Washington, fantasy owners
Washington could use plenty of receiving help for Kirk Cousins, and could get it in the form of DeSean Jackson. We break down the fantasy implications.

The speedy receiver felt a described “twinge” in his hamstring while running down a deep ball on Thursday, which sounds similar to how he injured his hamstring in the first place. Given how easily hamstring injuries can be aggravated, pessimism swelled regarding Jackson’s availability, but there is reason for optimism despite Jackson being a likely game-time decision.
Fantasy impact: It's great news for Jackson's fantasy owners that he took the field at any capacity, but what isn't great news is Jackson's matchup on Sunday. Shutdown cornerback Darrelle Revis will likely shadow Washington's No. 1 receiver, which wouldn't be favorable to a wide receiver at 100 percent, let alone one that is dealing with hamstring issues.
Jackson is an other-worldly deep threat, so if he plays, the possibility for him to score a long touchdown always exists. However, the possibility of him putting up a goose egg exists just as much. Due to the poor matchup at hand and health concerns, Jackson can’t be considered anything more than a boom-or-bust WR3 for Week 6 if he suits up.
