Houston Texans running back Arian Foster will be a game-time decision, according to the Houston Chronicle's Aaron Wilson.
Arian Foster a ‘game-time’ decision for Texans, fantasy owners, per report
Foster could return to action in Week 4, but no one will know that for sure until 90 minutes before kickoff. We break down the fantasy implications.

The proclamation of Foster's status was made by coach Bill O'Brien, who has been secretive regarding his feature back's status. Foster has now practiced with the Texans for three straight weeks on a limited basis since tearing his groin muscle back in August. It is not yet known if he will be ready for Sunday, and it also bears notice that the Texans have a short rest for their looming Thursday night game for Week 5 against the Indianapolis Colts.
Fantasy impact: If Foster isn't quite 100 percent, it would make sense for the Texans to rest him until Thursday, but there isn't any concrete evidence that O'Brien and company are leaning that way. Should Foster rest, expect a committee effort led by Alfred Blue to man the backfield on Sunday.
If Foster starts, he is immediately in the RB2 conversation vs. an Atlanta Falcons defense that just let Joseph Randle run all over them in Week 3. But for now, his status is a big "if," for which fantasy owners need to prepare themselves.
