Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Jeremy Maclin did not practice on Wednesday and remains in the NFL's concussion protocol.
Jeremy Maclin sits Wednesday’s practice, fantasy status uncertain for Sunday
The Chiefs could be without Maclin on Sunday, as he recovers from a concussion. We break down the fantasy implications.

Maclin exited Week 6's loss to the Minnesota Vikings early after suffering the injury, and has not yet returned to action. Though Maclin still has Thursday and Friday to take the practice field and boost his chances of playing on Sunday, there hasn't yet been reason to feel encouraged about his availability. Albert Wilson and Chris Conley would be the projected starts vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers if Maclin sits.
Fantasy impact: Though Wilson and Conley would start in place of Maclin, it is Travis Kelce who would likely benefit most in the receiving game. Kelce trails only Maclin in targets, receptions and yards, and snagged five passes for 88 yards on Sunday.
Maclin would be a mid-range TE2 if he is able to return to game action at his usual capacity, but for now, it appears that Kelce is the only one who stands to benefit from the Chiefs potentially losing yet another significant weapon on offense for an extended period of time.
