Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant is running at full speed and cutting, according to the Star-Telegram's Clarence Hill.
Dez Bryant running and cutting at full speed, return to fantasy lineups nearing
The Cowboys’ No. 1 receiver is nearing his return. We break down the fantasy implications.

Head coach Jason Garrett said this to Hill, but confirmed that Bryant is unlikely to practice Thursday. It’s a major step forward in Bryant’s rehabilitation, but it’s also far from a guarantee that he returns to action on Sunday. Without practicing, it’s difficult to envision even a player of Bryant’s caliber taking the field after enduring surgery and being away from the practice field for six weeks.
Fantasy impact: Bryant still has one more day to return to practice, and if he does so, it would reflect the boldness the Cowboys exhibited when speculating he could return in Week 7. While it still seems like a stretch to get Bryant into action so soon, Hill’s report is reason for optimism that wasn’t there earlier in the week.
Fantasy owners should tentatively have Bryant on their benches, but must be on the lookout for additional news in the coming days. He’s a WR1 if he assumes his usual role in the offense.
