Joseph Randle misses Wednesday’s practice, fantasy stock plummeting
The Cowboys will likely be without their lead running back for Sunday’s clash with the Seattle Seahawks. We break down the fantasy implications.

Randle is dealing with an oblique injury that bounced him from Week 7's loss to the New York Giants. Owner Jerry Jones had already declared Darren McFadden would start Week 8, according to Charean Williams of the Fort-Worth Star-Telegram, indicating Randle has essentially been ruled out for Sunday.
Fantasy impact: McFadden thrived in Randle's absence, chewing up routine chunks of yardage behind a stellar offensive line on his way to a gaudy 29/152/1 line. Regardless of who is in the backfield for Week 8, a tough matchup will be at hand against a formidable Seattle Seahawks front seven that has allowed the second-fewest points to opposing running backs.
McFadden's volume would make him a solid RB2 despite a poor matchup, and Christine Michael remains a running back that should be stashed on benches in all formats. If McFadden continues to perform as well as he did in Week 7, Randle could become an afterthought for fantasy owners down the stretch of the season.
