The Atlanta Falcons won a 48-21 laugher vs. the Houston Texans on Sunday, which allowed them to have an extended look at some of their role players, including wide receiver Leonard Hankerson.
Leonard Hankerson’s big Week 4 should lead to high priority fantasy waiver claims
Joining Devonta Freeman as an emerging name amid the Falcons’ explosive offense is Leonard Hankerson. We break down the fantasy implications.

Hankerson led the Falcons receiving corps with six catches, 103 yards and a touchdown while equaling Roddy White's 48 snaps. No. 1 receiver Julio Jones played just 39 snaps, likely due to preservation since he was limited in practice in the week preceding Sunday's game. Sunday marked the first time all season that Hankerson equaled White's snap count, and the former Washington receiver doubled White's targets, 8-4.
Fantasy impact: Hankerson, who has familiarity with Kyle Shanahan’s offense from their Washington days, is thriving in a new locker room thus far. Whether he remains behind White in snaps could be a moot point if he continues to get more targets for what has been a scorching offense to begin the season.
Regression is likely in order for a team that has averaged 34 points per game each week, but Hankerson appears to have carved out a significant enough role to be fantasy relevant. He should be owned in leagues of all formats and deserves flex consideration for Week 5 vs. his former team.
