After exiting Week 3's loss to the New England Patriots with a calf injury, the Buffalo Bills aren't sure when Sammy Watkins is going to return, according to beat reporter Chris Brown.
Rex Ryan has ‘no idea’ if Sammy Watkins will play Week 5, per report, fantasy owners must wait
The Bills’ second-year wideout may miss his second straight game with a calf injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Watkins was ruled out of Sunday's game vs. the New York Giants, and it appears that his status for the Tennessee Titans in Week 5 is in question.
Head coach Rex Ryan said, via BuffaloBills.com:
“I have no idea,” said Ryan of Watkins status. “Hopefully we’ll know more about it (Tuesday). He looked good and he’s moving around decent. So hopefully that’s a good sign, but I’m certainly not the guy who will decide that.”
Fantasy impact: Watkins absence certainly did not help Tyrod Taylor and the rest of the offense get the passing game going during Sunday's loss to the Giants, as Charles Clay monopolized most of the targets amid a dismal outing through the air.
Should Watkins sit, expect another healthy dose of Clay and Percy Harvin for the Bills offense. What's more likely, however, is the Bills lean on the running game and Karlos Williams, although the rookie back was bottled up for most of his first start.
Fantasy owners will have to monitor practice reports closely to see if Watkins is able to play. If he does, he can be in the WR3 conversation vs. a vulnerable Titans defense. Until then, it’s too early in the week to know how Watkins is trending.
