Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins is listed as questionable on the team's injury report for Sunday's matchup against the Tennessee Titans, and will be a game-time call according to ESPN's Mike Rodak
Sammy Watkins will be a game-time decision for Bills, per report, fantasy owners must wait
The Bills are already shorthanded at running back, but could also be without their No. 1 receiver. We break down the fantasy implications.

Watkins returned to practice on a limited basis on Thursday, and only took ‘three or four" snaps on Friday. Watkins will test out his injured calf during pregame warmups to see if he can go, although doctors will have the final say on his availability. The Bills are already shorthanded on offense, as Karlos Williams and LeSean McCoy have been ruled out of Sunday's contest.
Fantasy impact: If Watkins is good enough to play, he is a high-upside option that fantasy owners should consider. With the Bills having to start the tandem of Boobie Dixon and Cierre Wood at running back, an aerial attack against a susceptible Titans secondary should be in the cards. If that's the case, expect Watkins to get plenty of looks.
Watkins is a WR3 if he plays this week, but fantasy owners won't know that until 90 minutes before game time. If he sits, expect Charles Clay and Percy Harvin to be at the top of the pecking order.
