Washington running back Alfred Morris expects to be "good" following a rib injury from Sunday, according to ESPN's John Keim.
Alfred Morris feels ‘good’ after rib injury, fantasy value remains low
Alfred Morris was forced an early exit after aggravating a rib injury on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

The injury is one that Morris suffered in Week 10, and its aggravation forced him from Sunday's 44-16 loss to the Carolina Panthers. It's possible that the score became so lopsided that coaches kept Morris out of action as a precaution, but the injury continuing to nag the fourth-year running back is still a concern. Matt Jones would be next in line to receive carries, but after losing his fourth fumble of the season in Sunday's loss, Washington would likely want its longest-tenured running back available.
Fantasy impact: It remains unclear if Morris will miss time, but Week 12's matchup with the New York Giants has "must-win" written all over it for Washington if they want to remain in the race for a woeful NFC East. As a result, it's likely that they will want to have all hands on deck, including Morris.
Even if Morris suits up, he can’t be trusted as anything more than a RB3 or a desperate flex option given Washington’s struggles running the ball all season. Jones would be a risky RB2 if Morris sits, since Jones has plenty of upside, but also tons of downside.
