Kansas City Chiefs running back Charcandrick West is not practicing Wednesday, according to ESPN's Adam Teicher.
Charcandrick West sits Wednesday’s practice, fantasy status up in the air for Sunday
Charcandrick West has played admirably in place of the injured Jamaal Charles, but may miss Sunday’s game. We break down the fantasy implications.

West exited Week 11's blowout victory over the San Diego Chargers due to a hamstring injury and did not return. It remains unclear if West will suit up for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, although Spencer Ware's performance in West's place doesn't incentivize head coach Andy Reid to rush West back into action. Ware totaled 101 yards and two touchdowns during the team's 33-3 victory.
Fantasy impact: West's owners needed to make Ware a priority during Week 12's waiver period, since his status for Sunday remains murky at best. Hamstring injuries have sidelined players for multiple weeks in 2015, including LeSean McCoy, Alshon Jeffery and DeSean Jackson. It's not yet known if West will need multiple weeks to recover, but fantasy owners have to prepare for that possibility.
Ware and West would both be in RB2/flex territory amid a difficult matchup on Sunday. But for now, fantasy owners have no choice but to monitor practice reports.
