Fantasy impact: Green-Beckham certainly has a lot of talent. That’s why the team drafted him in the second round this past offseason. With teammate Kendall Wright out this week, perhaps Green-Beckham gets more of a look.
The even better news for Green-Beckham on the injury front is that quarterback Marcus Mariota is back at practice and should be ready to start against the New Orleans Saints. The Saints give up the most fantasy points in the NFL to opposing quarterbacks.
Bringing the focus back to Green-Beckham; he’s still a long-term project. All you have to do is look at the numbers to determine that. Three targets in two weeks doesn’t exactly scream fantasy value. For that reason, fantasy owners adding Green-Beckham should focus on stashing him rather than starting him for now.
